Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process all type of bills, petty cash, ensure submission of bill and dispatch of cheque to the customer properly , PO issuing.
∎ Maintain liaison with other departments such as HR, Finance, Corporate, Admin, Commercial, MIS, Legal, Training etc.
∎ Update internal & external documents.
∎ Interpret and translate data into valuable information effective for information analysis purpose
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good at MS Excel Operations.
∎ Experience in procurement/ supply chain will be an added advantage.
