Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage office supplies and inventory, control duplicate purchasing, and optimize resource allocation.
∎ Source potential vendors and collect as much information as possible about procurement of a particular goods.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
∎ Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities to handle client inquiries and operational challenges.
∎ Maintain purchase records and other important data·
∎ Review inventory and update as required·
∎ Review all venders and suppliers·
∎ Develop sourcing strategies·
∎ High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.·
∎ Ability to follow instructions accurately.
∎ Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
∎ Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
∎ To be able to negotiate well.
∎ Ability to visit/ commute frequently.
∎ Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director.
