Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist supervisor to devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies, discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
∎ Process all type of bills, petty cash, ensure submission of bill and dispatch of cheque to the supplier properly , PO issuing.
∎ Effective vendor management
∎ Prepare & analyze comparative statement & assist supervisor accordingly
∎ Interpret and translate data into valuable information for information analysis purpose.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good at MS Excel.
∎ Experience in procurement/ supply chain will be an added advantage.
