Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures in line with the procurement strategy of the organization.
∎ Handle end to end procurement & purchase of the organization and ensure timely delivery of quality materials within budget.
∎ Conduct suppliers' audit and inspection as necessary to ensure product quality.
∎ Forecast levels of demand for products and services to meet the business needs.
∎ Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reduce delivery lead time.
∎ Evaluate the market, delivery and pricing continuously to determine present and future material availability to maximize profitability.
∎ Prepare annual materials budgets and Fund budgets.
∎ Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost-benefit analysis.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and explore opportunities for collaboration and cost-saving.
∎ Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and receipts.
∎ Keep updated on changes in procurement regulations and industry best practices.
∎ Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers and vendors
∎ Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, costs and savings
∎ Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement objectives and requirements.
∎ Ensure compliance of all purchased goods and services with the procurement policy of the company.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field of which at least 3 years in Developers/ Real Estate company/ construction company.
∎ Expertise in Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
∎ Knowledge of Procurement best practices, standards and regulations
∎ Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Analytical , problem-solving and decision-making skills
∎ Proficiency in MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
∎ Integrity and Leadership skill
