Educational Requirements:
∎ BA or BBS in Supply Chain Management, Business Logistics or Warehouse Management required. Masters Degree Preferred Certification in procurement (e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management - CPSM) is a plus.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Objective: To ensure accurate and efficient receiving, storage, Management and distribution of all goods and materials for operational, academic and construction activities.
∎ Supervised By: CFO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving of all procured consumable/non-consumable materials.
∎ Follow up with vendors (if needed) on delivery of ordered goods.
∎ Identify reliable suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships.
∎ Provide faculty and staff guidance and support of items that need to be purchased.
∎ Inform the CFO of any deviation of supplied products from the order in terms of quality and quantity.
∎ Dispatch of stored materials against requisition paper as and when needed.
∎ Work with Inventory Control Coordinator to manage and track movement of all goods.
∎ Develop and implement effective procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to understand their procurement needs and provide strategic solutions.
∎ Conduct regular supplier evaluations and manage supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and pricing.
∎ Perform all data input and updates ensuring inventory database is maintained current and accurate.
∎ Perform consumption analysis with CFO and establish replenishment criteria in a way best fitting to meet the School's demands.
∎ Prepare order requests for stock replenishment and submit to the CFO.
∎ Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and changes in the procurement landscape.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advanced Fluency in English.
∎ Ability to manage database input and updates.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
∎ Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successful supplier contracts.
∎ Ability to be a team player.
∎ Police Clearance Document
∎ Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate/ proof of Vaccination
∎ Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and working loads of up to 50 pounds.
∎ Ability to move furniture up and down several flights of stairs.
∎ Ability to work off a ladder or elevated platform.
Salary:
∎ Salary package which is commensurate with experience
