∎ Identify & evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
∎ Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues, disputes or discrepancies.
∎ Create purchase orders and manage the approval process.
∎ Ensure the procurement of high-quality goods, services,materials and services at competitive prices.
∎ Implement inventory control systems and procedures &Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
∎ Plan and manage the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments·
∎ Manage customs clearance and compliance with import/export regulations.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual agreements.
∎ Implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality or service.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends and new suppliers.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on procurement and logistics activities.
