∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of Procurement Expeditor for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement standard expediting work in delivery process – Participation of KOM and receipt of MPSR and Suborder evidence.
∎ Implement Status Checking of Vendor Print In/Out, Expediting receipt and submission of Vendor. Print with Vendors and Engineering Discipline.
∎ Implement consistency checking plan and actual fabrication status in shop.
∎ Arrange Status Confirmation Meeting if necessary via Teams and issue Minutes Of Meeting.
∎ Reporting working progress and realistic situation, weekly or bi-weekly with comment of expected delivery schedule.
∎ Obtain adequate recovery plan or catch up plan for delayed item(s), from Vendor(s).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience for design or fabrication engineering work of Steel Structure manufacture or fabricator.
∎ Or Minimum 3 years’ experience for post order management work of Steel Structure in EPC Companies.
∎ Demonstrated success in past project involvement and technical delivery of Steel Structure.
∎ Sufficient Knowledge of business application like MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel Schedule Management.
