Job Context:

∎ To help with the massive demand for dyes and chemicals at our compliant facility, we require two people at our procurement department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect monthly dyes, chemicals, different oils and lubricants requisition from factory and plan purchase process to ensure intime quality delivery after doing stock durability analysis.
∎ Pre and post purchase communication with user departments and satisfy them with their desired quality products.
∎ Collect price quotations from vendors, prepare pre purchase documents and comparative statement before placing purchase order to the management for approval.
∎ Always get updated with international and local market price of all relevant products and submit purchase order to the management with minimum costing but without sacrificing the quality.
∎ Follow up LC (Letter of Credit) opening in case of foreign purchase after proper communication with different department (Bond, import & commercial).
∎ Share approved work order follow-up supplier to ensure intime product delivery at factory.
∎ Ensure proper documentation to ensure prompt vendor payment.
∎ Keep historical data of previous price trends, vendor business policy and submit report to management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Freshers or 1-3 years with Chemistry Background candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎
∎ Candidates having BSc degree at non-relvant field but has one to three years of experience in chemical procurement or chemical supply industry can apply as well.
