Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Export/ Import through L/C, LC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Clearing and Forwarding, Commercial/ Purchase, Foreign Correspondence, International Procurement, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management and Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export.
∎ Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per L/C terms, submit to Banks, and negotiate/Purchase.
∎ Any commercial related task is given by the management.
∎ Supervise and ensure assigned tasks are completed by the commercial team
∎ Responsible to maintain all commercial activities
∎ Maintain good liaison with the buyers, suppliers, forwarders, and banks for completing the documentation on time to smooth export and import.
∎ Follow up on the commercial invoice, packing list, and detail-packing list for export.
∎ Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per Sales Contract or L/C terms, submit to Banks, and negotiate/purchase.
∎ Negotiate with banks to get a preferential exchange rate for Import and Export

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least five (05) Years of hands-on experiences in the relevant field is precisely required.

∎ Foreign procurement, Local Procurement, Local Purchase, Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing & Forwarding Company, Import/Export Trading Company, Construction Company, Heavy Production Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Commercial related experience, Export Import Through LC
