Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Post-graduate diploma or higher certification in SCM will be considered as an additional qualification.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM
∎ Training/Trade Course: Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, Project Management, Purchase/ Procurement, Technical Infrastructure
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Technical Infrastructure
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth delivery of goods and services within the lead time
∎ Develop new sources to minimize the supply chain risk
∎ Estimate cost parameters and confirm the budget before purchase
∎ Analyze the previous records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
∎ Prioritize requisitions based on operational urgency and process for procurement accordingly
∎ Process payment request for quick disbursement of supplier bills
∎ Prepare RFQ/RFP and get it approved from the appropriate authority and float to relevant suppliers
∎ To search technical equipment and other raw materials which needed to procure from direct suppliers and manufacturers located within the country.
∎ Plan all procurement with liaison with the factory of the company to keep uninterrupted production of all products.
∎ Achieve the highest efficiency in cost-saving and investment management in all procurement.
∎ Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
∎ Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
∎ Record keeping of all procurement-related data and analyze those data to make useful reports to aid in decision making by related personals.
∎ Liaison with finance & accounts for the payment management of multiple local vendors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge on Civil Construction and Material Management.
∎ Advance level knowledge in MS Excel
∎ Can do work independently.
∎ Multitasking Capability.
∎ Team player and enjoy work under pressure.
∎ Fluent in speaking and writing Bengali and English.
