Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS or Diploma in Nursing (RN) or DMF is the minimum qualification.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process Implementation:
∎
∎ Responsible for all medical deliverables related to OE processes.
∎ Leads and trains H&M staff on OE process competencies and implementation;
∎ Manage OE Process Metrics, and budget development & projections.
∎
∎ Program Development:
∎
∎ Supports Chevron OH Programs, Process and Service initiatives as identified;
∎ Assists H&M with alignment of objectives and deliverables;
∎ Assist with maintaining CPG and SOP manual;
∎ Oversee medical surveillance programs and metrics;
∎
∎ Clinical Management:
∎
∎ Provides occupational health consultation to workforce as necessary.
∎ Provides case management on work related injuries and illnesses
∎ Promotes and oversees administration of immunization programs.
∎ Monitor high risk Dhaka based employees/contractor quarterly (Chronic Disease Condition Monitoring)
∎ Manages Emergency and after hour medical calls.
∎ Monthly clinic medicine and consumables updates, stock maintenance and assist in quarterly purchase.
∎ Coordinate medical equipment maintenance and calibration.
∎ Maintain appropriate log of provided clinical services.
∎
∎ Health Resource Facilitation:
∎
∎ Understands local health & medical resource capability and acts a patient advocate in medical situations
∎ Investigates & updates company knowledge of local medical resources, including reviews of facilities and personnel for quality, reliability and costs.
∎ Conducts audits and manages mitigation plans for service providers.
∎ Assists with the development of Medical Services contracts and/or service order agreements.
∎
∎ Medical Emergency Response: Takes a lead role in Medical Emergency Response in the EM Process
∎
∎ Ensures access to emergency care for Dhaka based company employees and contractors
∎ Participates in emergency drills and exercises as appropriate. Supports MER for annual country wide drill.
∎ Acts as the mediator between internal and external resources for Medical intervention or evaluations
∎ Facilitates and accompanies patients for medical evacuation and medical case management.
∎ Supports patient transfer from field location to appropriate medical facilities in Dhaka.
∎
∎ Projects and Training:
∎
∎ Provide support in health -related projects and policy changes as required.
∎ Facilitates Project Contractor FFD and RTW -liaises with Contract Owners and align FFD criteria
∎ Takes a lead role in planning and implementing Food Safety, first aid training and CPR programs
∎ Special projects, programs and other duties as assigned by H&M Supervisor or OE HES Manager.
∎
∎ Health Administration: Takes a lead role in Fitness for Duty (FFD) determinations
∎
∎ Promotes a safe work force by enforcing Fit for Duty requirements for Dhaka based employees and contractors.
∎ Manage the Medical Suitability for Expatriate Assignment (MSEA) program for profit center, maintain liaise with Regional Health and Medical for MSEA implementation and manages follow ups as required
∎ Manages the Medical Exam Program and all data collection requirements and evaluates PE exam results as PHE reviewer
∎ Conducts FFD audits and manages mitigation plans for Dhaka based contractor companies.
∎ Lead Data Privacy and manage Dhaka H&M Clinic in alignment with Chevron Requirements
∎ Compiles monthly report of medical statistics for monthly and quarterly review
∎ Maintain patient medical log in share point soft copy.
∎ Provide coverage in absence of Medical Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be registered to practice as licensed health care professional in Bangladesh. 3 year industry/public health related work experience and 3 years of primary or emergency care experience is preferred. Project development and management experience is preferred. ACLS and ATLS or ITLS is preferred.
