Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Commissioning of new product investments.
∎ Production of molded parts that make up the new product cost at minimum process cost.
∎ Part/die flow simulation and analysis and part/process optimization.
∎ Reducing SMM (part) production costs with process development studies on existing parts in mass production.
∎ Making new product investments in foreign enterprises and ensuring the continuity of the mass production process.
∎ Increasing engineering technical competence and simulation competencies.
∎ Sectoral management of process auxiliary industries, technical support to ensure mass production flow, commissioning of new auxiliary industries.
∎ Ensuring the continuity of mass production by making maintenance mold investments.
∎ Coordinating projects for the development and improvement of existing parts.
∎ To determine the goals of the employees in the team in line with the department goals and to ensure that they create the right action plans.
∎ Ensuring the fulfilment, monitoring and supervision of the requirements of occupational health and safety legislation, standards and Arçelik OHS procedures in the areas in which it is responsible.
∎ Establish process metrics and goals
∎ Develop and issue process designs
∎ Fulfilling the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management system standard in the areas in which it is responsible and Arçelik A.S.
∎ Ensuring the implementation, monitoring and supervision of procedures. ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 14064-1 Greenhouse Gas Inventory Creation and calculation standard ensure that all activities are carried out in coordination with all relevant units for the continuity and improvement of the Product Oriented Chemical System.
∎ It ensures that its activities are carried out in coordination with the relevant units in accordance with Arçelik policies, in line with the obligations brought by national and international legal regulations and standards regarding the environment and chemicals.
∎ To ensure that all the activities of the enterprise are fulfilled and followed up in order to comply with the goals and expectations of Global Headquarter and all other relevant parties, in particular compliance with national and international environmental and energy legislation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ High-level proficiency in MS- Word and MS- Excel
∎ Problem-solving & pressure handling capacity
∎ Thinking broadly about business,
∎ Intermediate SAP, TC, and PLM usage
∎ knowledge Advanced 6 Sigma analysis and problem-solving competency
∎ Advanced project management skills
∎ Advanced knowledge of materials/raw materials and production methods
∎ Mold design, simulation and manufacturing knowledge at a level to comment and guide
∎ Developed management skills, ability to support employees with coaching Information about quality systems
