Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA (preferably from the IBA, DU)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyses of process of different manufacturing, and business processes.
∎ Map business processes, and technics using appropriate software to support key operational business process activities, and develop new business strategies.
∎ Re-engineer and improve existing processes based on analysis, and understanding of business processes and data.
∎ Conduct research to capture business requirements, and define effective processes for implementation across multiple business areas.
∎ Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost.
∎ Perform other task as required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Eager to work and learn in this area.
∎ Thorough knowledge of pre-engineered steel structures erection, and fabrication process.
∎ Ability to support production, business, and other processes in a team based manufacturing environment.

Salary: Negotiable
