Job Context:
∎ • To look after the functional activities of Managing Director office, we are looking for a highly experienced Private Secretary to the Managing Director.
∎ • Job Nature: Full-time.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each of the following duties satisfactorily;
∎ • Answering questions and meeting requests directed to the president;
∎ • Manage, organize and maintain Managing Director’s time schedule, Scheduling and reminding appointments;
∎ • Take notes of meetings, conferences and day to day activities of the Managing Director;
∎ • Make travel arrangements for the Managing Director’s which includes VISA applications, airline and hotel reservations, car rental, local transportation, meals etc.
∎ • Arrange/ prepare presentations, documentations, print hand-outs, agenda, memos, dairies etc. for all meetings of the Managing Director’s;
∎ • Maintain and regularly update basic information of organization's staff, all projects and institutions of the organization;
∎ • Maintain paper and computer filing system;
∎ • Maintain, storage and update all documents of the Managing Director’s office;
∎ • Coordinate’s operations of Managing Director’s office to improve efficiency of the office;
∎ • Receive and distribute relevant information to/from internal and external sources by telephone, email or in person;
∎ • Take Bangla & English dictations in good written form;
∎ • Reply independently of e-mails;
∎ • Serving as liaison between staff Members and the Managing Director’s;
∎ • Prepare and send business and private correspondences;
∎ • Take dictation from the president for witting mail/letter etc.
∎ • Develop and maintain alert system for upcoming deadlines on incoming requests, projects and events;
∎ • Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Managing Director’s;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Age limit: Maximum 40 years. Age limit is flexible for highly experienced candidates;
∎ • Proven experience as Private Secretary or similar administrative position;
∎ • In depth knowledge of office management;
∎ • Excellent time-management skills;
∎ • Outstanding written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
∎ • Administrative writing Skills;
∎ • Good command in English both written and verbal;
∎ • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ • Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
∎ • Integrity and confidentiality;
∎ • Self-motivated and able to work under stress;
∎ • Self- Confidence;
