Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline where BSc in engineering will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
∎ Network Management, Maintaining & troubleshooting overall service provider infrastructure
∎ Provide root cause analysis and investigate and troubleshoot network device configurations and connectivity.
∎ Manage technical projects in conjunction with professional services
∎ Identifying transmission requirement for internal IP/MPLS network and customers (Telco, ISP, enterprise etc.)
∎ Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
∎ Developing & contributing long-term IT strategies and capacity planning for meeting future infrastructure needs
∎ Take ownership of IT outages and maintenance windows & Build redundancy into the all layer of networks.
∎ Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
∎ Preparing and maintaining Infrastructure technical documentation
∎ Research and recommended innovative and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks.
∎ Follow-up IT audits, compliance, regulatory requirement as per need basis and maintain up-to-date hardware and software inventories
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in core networking technologies.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead/Administrator/Senior Manager/ equivalent position.
∎ Hands-on experience working in IIG/ISP/Service Provider environment or equivalent with Cisco and/or Juniper service provider grade equipment
∎ Hands-on experience in IP Peering, IP Routing, IPv4, IPv6, troubleshooting network routing protocol and layer 2 technologies.
∎ Hands-on experience in Network Design, Network Configuration, Network Diagnostics, Network, Management Systems, Network Monitoring, and Network Troubleshooting.
∎ Strong Knowledge of IT Service Management and Governance
∎ Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
∎ Analytical ability, Self-driven, innovative, problem solving and decision-making skills with capability to work in terms and pressure.
∎ Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
∎ Ability to manage multiple troubleshooting at the same time and capability to work independently.
∎ Knowledge of Network automation will be highly preferred.
∎ CCNA or equivalent, CCNP/CCIE/ JNCP/JNCIE/CCDE is highly preferred
∎ Must have nice communication skills as per IT company standards.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
∎ Experience in a fast-paced, quickly-growing startup environment
∎ Experience on Mail, DNS, Proxy, Firewall, FTP, Web server etc.
∎ Experience in data center management will be a plus
