∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the clients Internet experience is functioning smoothly and is transparent to the user
∎ Identifying, diagnosing & troubleshooting problems related to cabling, connectivity, hardware, replacement of faulty hardware
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems & diagnose & solve hardware or software faults and replacing
∎ parts as required.
∎ Logging in, following up, ticketing and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system.
∎ Follow-up on Customer Interactions.
∎ Attending complaints and queries made by customers through phone calls, emails, or other means.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Maintain regular Reporting & documentation related to overall infrastructure.
∎ Maintaining checklists/templates for daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly report
∎ Providing remote and on-site technical supports to the clients.
∎ Performing installations and deployments of various solutions and services as per business need
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in IIG/ISP/Service Provider or equivalent environment.
∎ Strong knowledge on TCP/IP and OSI layer
∎ Strong understanding and hand-on experience on Static routing and Dynamic Routing in terms of troubleshooting.
∎ Strong understanding on basic services like Mail, DNS, Proxy, Firewall, FTP, Web server etc.
∎ Strong understanding on Layer 2 technologies related to service provider environment in terms of troubleshooting.
∎ Strong knowledge on Network Management System
∎ Operational experience in Network Configuration, Network Diagnostics, Network Management Systems,
∎ Network Monitoring, and Network Troubleshooting.
∎ Interest in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
∎ Hand-on experience on Linux will be added advantage
∎ Hand-on experience on Juniper Junos, Cisco IOS-XR, Cisco IOS and Cisco NXOS will be added advantage
∎ Knowledge on MPLS, QoS technology will be added advantage
∎ Strong knowledge of Network Automation will be a plus
∎ CCNA / JNCIA or equivalent is must, CCNP is highly preferred and will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Need to have strong interpersonal skills, a good listener, especially when problems arise.
∎ Fluency in speaking and writing English and Bangla will added advantage.
∎ Team player and enjoys work pressure.
∎ Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
