∎ A registered nurse with M.Sc in Nursing/MPH, Preferable PhD in Nursing.

∎ Excellent English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing. Good interpersonal, leadership, and administrative skills. Ambitious, Dedicated, Hard Working. Willing to take challanges of work pressure & deadline. To perform additional duties to meet with the Company's needs as required and assigned by management.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall planning and management of College operation and curriculum.
∎ Managing the education service and personnel affairs of faculty members and staff.
∎ Operating College committees and continuous quality improvement of the school.
∎ Managing overall student affairs.
∎ Managing the College's facilities, finance, and public relations.
∎ Conducting independent research in their field of study, often publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals.
∎ Participating in continuing education activities such as workshops, seminars, and conventions..
