Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, Hospital

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
• Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing

• B.Sc in Nursing with and M.Sc in Nursing or MPH from a recognized institution.
• Administrative experience in an educational institution and demonstrated academic excellence in the relevant field will be preferred.
• Higher education, including a PhD, will be considered an added advantage.

• Provide strategic direction and vision for the institution's growth and development.

• Oversee curriculum development, research initiatives, and academic policies.

• Promote faculty development through workshops, seminars, and training programs.
• Monitor all academic and administrative activities, including education delivery, student development, teachers’ performance, and overall academic quality.
• Conduct regular teacher assessments and provide necessary guidance, supervision, and support to ensure continuous improvement.
• Take necessary actions based on monitoring findings to maintain and enhance institutional standards.
• Work proactively for the overall development and continuous improvement of CRP Nursing College.
• Deliver lectures when required to ensure academic continuity and support faculty shortages.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the college, including admissions, examinations, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies such as BNMC, DGNM, and Dhaka University.
• Coordinate with university authorities for affiliations, examinations, and policy implementation.
• Prepare and manage the college's budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
• Identify and secure funding for college initiatives such as research projects, infrastructure development, and scholarships.
• Lead recruitment, evaluation, and retention of faculty and non-teaching staff.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among departments.
• Focus on student welfare, career counseling, and placement activities.
• Encourage extracurricular activities, internships, and industry collaborations.
• Establish and strengthen partnerships with industries for placements, internships, and professional linkages.
• Implement policies related to anti-ragging, gender equality, and other ethical and regulatory concerns.
