Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ The applicants should have experience in interior design and implementation with 3D design in MNC's office, shops and showrooms
∎ Experience in detailing the interior projects: concept, design, BoQ & estimation, Materials selection and resource mobilization
∎ Project management experience through supervision and monitoring.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Interior Design, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, 3D Max
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Furniture, Interior Design, Real Estate, Technical Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interior design and implementation in MNC offices, Shops and Showrooms
∎ Manage the clients requirements and achieving their satisfactory level through innovative design and ideas
∎ Preparing design options and ideas as per project requirements
∎ Leading the project, implementation and maintenance teams in MNC environment
∎ Handover the projects and close the deal with clients

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced with REVIT Software and as a BIM Manager will be added
∎ The candidate must be innovative and energetic as well as good interpersonal skills with highly motivated to take the new challenges.
∎ Applicant must be very familiar with AutoCAD (2D/3D), 3D Studio Max
∎ Sketch up & other design presentation and modeling software knowledge.
∎ Presentation software knowledge with high standard will be given preference.
∎ Familiar with all types of design and construction code standards.

Salary: Negotiable
