∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Max, Architecture, AutoCAD, Building Factory Design with 3d Visualization, Construction Building, Factory Plant Facility Management, Interior Design, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Furniture, Interior Design, Real Estate, Technical Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interior design and implementation in MNC offices, Shops, and Showrooms.
∎ Manage and satisfy the client's requirements through innovative designs and ideas.
∎ Preparing design options and ideas as per project requirements.
∎ Leading the project, implementation, and maintenance teams in an MNC environment.
∎ Hand over the projects and close the deal with clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced with REVIT Software and as a BIM Manager will be added
∎ Applicant must be very familiar with AutoCAD (2D/3D), 3D Studio Max
∎ Sketch-up & other design presentation and modeling software knowledge.
∎ Presentation software knowledge with high standards will be given preference.
∎ Familiar with all types of design and construction code standards.

Salary: Negotiable
