Educational Requirements:
∎ Having Graduation / Post Graduation in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manager in Hotel & Hospital buildings.
∎ Mandatory knowledge and requirements of NBC & Plumbing standards.
∎ He will be responsible for Plumbing, Sanitary and drainage works.
∎ Execute the work as per approved GFC drawings includes STP, WTP as per the project schedule
∎ He will co-ordinate with all vendor's sub-contractors and vendors for the quality of works at site.
∎ Validate design issues and suggest alternate solutions in guidance with Project Manager and Consultants input.
∎ He will ensure that all works are carried out as per approved design drawings, documents, contract technical specifications and quality plans as per local and international standards.
∎ He will be responsible and ensure the correct method statement followed along with the checklist in place.
∎ He will verify and approve the samples, execution, etc.
∎ He will verify the materials received at site and carry out material inspection as per the approved samples.
∎ He will issue a non-compliance report and when notice any deviations/variance noticed at site.
∎ He will maintain the joint measurements, contractor bills and will report & assist the Electrical Manager on the day to day activities.
∎ He will monitor the material availability at site and forecast the material requirement and inform the Project Manager in advance.
∎ He will meet the schedule and targets as assigned by the Manager and raise the flag on missing targets.
∎ Ensure safety and implement safe practice and make the site accident free zone.
∎ Co-ordination with Civil, Interiors and Electrical department and ensure smooth flow of works.
∎ BOQ and Schedule of quantities preparation, weekly & daily progress update to Project Manager regularly.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years

∎ Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ We are looking for Five-star hotel experience Candidate.
∎ Applicants should have experience in Hotel Plumbing Engineer.
∎ The ideal candidate should well be conversant with reading, understanding drawings and coordinating with other disciplined and foreign consultants agencies.
∎ Previous hotel Experience will be an added advantage.
∎ Should be experienced in AutoCAD and MS office and others related software.
