Educational Requirements:
∎ Having Graduation / Post Graduation in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for study the GFC drawings and execute the drainage and water supply (internal & external) pipe line works and pump room work, Sewage treatment & Water treatment plants s and testing and commissioning of same as per the project schedule.
∎ Collaborate with various teams to design all architectural and electrical requirements for all plumbing projects.
∎ Coordination & follow up with planning team for the drawings and material.
∎ Should have very good experience on Plumbing works execution of External & Internal Plumbing (drainage, water supply, rain water, landscape pipe line) works, Pump room works and Sewage treatment and water treatment plants etc. And exposure in all kind of piping works (for both drainage and water supply).
∎ Responsible for preparation of Joint measurement sheet for contractor billing.
∎ BOQ and SOQ preparation and preparation of site Progress Update on frequent basis. And circulate the weekly dash board to project manager regularly.
∎ Should have very good understanding on drainage & water pipe line laying standards and testing procedure and pumps commissioning Etc.
∎ Awareness on the basic requirements of NBC and Plumbing standards etc.
∎ Assist in the testing & Commissioning of Plumbing equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6 years of practical construction experiences.
∎ The candidate must have strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ We are looking for Five-star hotel experience Candidate.
∎ Applicants should have experience in Hotel Plumbing Engineer.
∎ The ideal candidate should well be conversant with reading, understanding drawings and coordinating with other disciplined and foreign consultants agencies.
∎ Previous hotel Experience will be an added advantage.
∎ Should be experienced in AutoCAD and MS office and others related software.
