∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Gas Turbine, Generator, Absorption Chiller, Electric Chiller, Gas Compressor, Pump etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate the captive Power plant with highest efficiency.
∎ Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies, procedures and guidelines.
∎ Drive for continuous improvements, minimizing unnecessary costs and uplifting quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with department head to ensure stock and procurement for the spare parts and consumable.
∎ Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
∎ Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
∎ Maintain the standard of operational safety and cleanliness.
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, matrix and performance targets to ensure effective output.
∎ The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the Co-generation plant to ensuring uninterrupted power supply to the premises. They develop processes that will maximize efficiency, safety, quality and productivity.
∎ Responsibilities:
