Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public university. In addition with B.Sc. further masters or MBA in HR will add preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Power, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing and implementing operation and maintenance of the HFO power plant
∎ Keeping liaison with BPDB/REB/PBS/equipment manufacturers
∎ Scheduling/forwarding requisition/preparing budgeting of spare parts & regular operation as when required for the plants.
∎ Implementing erection and commission of power plant
∎ Ensuring plant running efficiently and safely
∎ Confirming regular power generation function smoothly to attain company goals
∎ Overseeing required personnel recruitment , training and development, maintaining , evaluating and controlling
∎ Monitoring all the expenses and keeping within budget limit
∎ Developing stipulated SOP to run the plant effortlessly
∎ Grounding any other duties assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years experience in HFO power plant operation and maintenance work. Among these durations at least 2 years as Plant Managers preferable.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
∎ Should be courageous, intelligent and vigilant.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good communication skill
