Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing, and ensuring prudent operation and maintenance activities of the HFO fired power plant.
∎ To develop, maintain, and update the operation and management plan of the plant.
∎ To supervise, coordinate, monitor, and integrate the performance of each functional department in the plant i.e., operations, maintenance, bunker, inventory etc.
∎ Scheduling, budgeting, and providing requisition of spare parts and other inventory items as per requirement.
∎ Monitoring plant expenses in accordance with the budget.
∎ To liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders i.e., head of operations/COO, top management and government authorities.
∎ Overseeing required personnel recruitment, training, and development, and ensuring appraisal.
∎ Ensure all kinds safety of plant and its personnel.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 3 years' prior experience as Deputy Plant Manager
∎ The applicants should have experience of working in HFO fired engine based power plant.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and honest with leadership quality
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Good Communication Skill
