∎ At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ The ideal candidate should be a Graduate Engineer (preferable in EEE/Mechanical) having experience of at least 10 years as a Head of Factory Operation. Graduate Engineer with MBA or Diploma in Finance will be the extra weightage for the position. Leadership experience in Electronics Home Appliances Factory & Production will carry added advantage.
∎ Age Limit is 40 to 50 yrs. This is to note here that the job location will be in Dhaka but need at least 60% physical presence in Factories located in Chuadanga & Mawna (Gazipur).
