Educational Requirements:
∎ The Plant Manager should be a Graduate Engineer in Mechanical or Mechatronics from a reputed University having at least 7-10 year Experience as Plant Engineer or Deputy In-charge in Refrigerator or Air Conditioner Manufacturing / Assembly Plant.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Age limit for the position is within 35-45 year but flexible for the Experienced Engineers with proven track record in required field.
∎ He has knowledge on overall equipment & machineries related to manufacturing Refrigerator & Air Condition as well as skill in Supervising Production, QC, Raw Material and overall activities of the Plant. SOP and Compliance for the Production / Assembly has to be ensured & supervised by the Plant Manager with a Leadership quality. Knowledge in Updated Machinery & factory operation using IT to increase Productivity should be the MUST. The Plant Manager will be the In-charge of the Plant.
