Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Aeronautical/ Electrical/ Mecahnical).
∎ CAAB Part-66 AME License would be an advantage.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in similar role or Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness Management Function of CAMO/Part-145 Organization.
∎ CAAB Part-66 Module-10 Course or (CAAB Part-M, Part-145 and CAR-84 Course).
∎ Human Factor Course.
∎ Engineering Planning Course.
∎ Familiarization Course on any Turbine Engine Aircraft is an advantage.
∎ Has satisfactorily completed following course:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Define work scopes and compile work package for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work on aircraft and components.
∎ Issue and control work order request to the maintenance contractors.
∎ Coordinate with maintenance contractors for the timely performance of required maintenance.
∎ Cost control and effective utilization of man & materials.
∎ Input data and control the maintenance tracking system (e.g. Excel Control Cards/CAMP system) according to Aircraft Maintenance Program, in order to ensure that all scheduled maintenance is carried out within the due time.
∎ Prepare maintenance forecast, aircraft status reports and plan maintenance events in such a manner that ensures minimum aircraft ground time.
∎ Control Airworthiness Limitations Items, Life Limited Parts and Airworthiness Directives in order to safeguard fleet airworthiness.
∎ Maintain defect register and control open deferred defects in the fleet and arrange necessary corrective action in coordination with the maintenance provider in a timely manner.
∎ Maintain Weight & Balance Schedule of the fleets.
∎ Review completed work packages for integrity according to work order and update maintenance tracking system accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with Technical Record officer for updating and archiving of continuing airworthiness records system within stipulated time.
∎ Support in the performance of various audits and surveillance by the regulatory authority and ensure correct availability of technical documents for the inspection.
∎ Assist other team members of CAMO in accomplishing the continuing airworthiness functions. Any other CAMO functions assigned by the CAMO Manager.
