Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Project Manager and Owner's in Planning & Schedule management, Resource Scheduling, Reporting & Documentation.
∎ As per the instructions of management prepare agenda, call a meeting, take meeting notes and officially circulate it to all stake holders.
∎ Compile the contractor's micro schedule in line with the Master Schedule and monitor the Project Progress, every fort night tracking using MS Project.
∎ Co-ordination with all Civil, Interiors and Mechanical Engineers to generate the reports.
∎ Assist Project Manager in reviewing the project time schedule, providing the project planning with the updated activities due to site conditions and variations.
∎ Assist the Project Manager in conducting site meetings at regular intervals and prepare minutes of meeting, circulating & constant follow ups, update the points discussed.
∎ Assist in preparation of overall master schedule for the project.
∎ Responsibility of highlighting the management and Project Manager on the mile stone, targets.
∎ Coordination with in house architects and prepare the drawing registers and maintain the documentation at the site.
∎ Assist the Project Manager to prepare and track the Cash Flow & Cost control
∎ Assist the Project Manager to compile the bids along with support from HO.
∎ Assist the Project Manager to authorize contractor and vendor payment requests and invoices for accuracy and completeness, obtaining final approvals and follow up payments status and highlight during weekly review meeting.
∎ Prepare and maintain construction schedules, material tracker, and daily manpower requirement, daily, weekly & monthly reports.
∎ Assist the Project Manager to identify the risk and prepare risk matrix.
∎ Co-ordination with the Accounts & Finance, Procurement team for Bought-out items to site.
∎ Assist Project Manager in construction documentation, check lists and Equipment manuals and test reports until handing over to the operations.
∎ Maintain site instruction book, design variation register, drawing logs, GFC & Shop drawings, as built drawings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with Engineering / Architectural background with 10 to 15 years' experience in High Rise Commercial, Hospital and Hotel Projects.
∎ Candidates having PMP certification will be an added advantage
Salary: Negotiable
