Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of-
∎ Project Scope register, update and tracking, change management
∎ Project Initiation documents viz. Project Directory, finalization of logistics plan with other team members, finalizing quality checklists, inspection and testing protocol & update
∎ Master Schedule, Milestone schedule, Tender Event Schedule, Look Ahead schedule of monthly and weekly targets, & its tracking
∎ Resource schedule such as long lead item schedule, specialized activity schedule,
∎ Delay Analysis & Hindrance Register
∎ MIS - Monthly & Weekly reports viz. Planned vs Achieved, Tracking statutory approvals, Critical Issues, Progress photographs, Procurement Status, Cost Status, Cash flow
∎ Cost sheet and rate analysis
∎ Preparation of small package orders
∎ Minutes of meeting - progress, quality, pre bid and post bid meeting, & circulation of their agenda
∎ Top Sheet & Abstract of quantities and payment of vendors', contractors' and consultants' bill
∎ Monitoring & maintaining-
∎ Contractual obligations of Contractor viz. Guarantees & Warrantees, Labor License, checklists, pour cards & various quality, contractual documents
∎ Request for Information and Request for Action, NCR (Non-conformance report)
∎ Drawing register, Project document control and filing such as Work Order, Purchase Order, MOMs, Drawings, correspondences.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 years in related fields.
∎ Computer Literacy:
∎ Microsoft Project 3.5
∎ Microsoft Excel
∎ Microsoft Word
∎ Microsoft Power Point
