Patient Assessment:

• Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients to determine functional limitations.
• Diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions affecting mobility.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.

Treatment Planning and Implementation:

• Design and implement physiotherapy interventions (e.g., exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy)
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Rehabilitation and Recovery:

• Help patients recover from surgeries, strokes, injuries, and chronic conditions.
• Restore function and prevent further physical disabilities.
• Guide patients through mobility training and functional exercises.

Patient Education:

• Instruct patients and their families on home-based exercises and proper body mechanics.
• Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications to support recovery and prevent reinjury.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration:

• Work closely with doctors, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in patient care planning and review meetings.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage departmental activities, resources, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and health regulations.

The employee shall be entitled to 12 (twelve) days of annual leave and 1 (one) day of weekly leave, as per Company policy. The duty schedule of the Physiotherapy Officer shall be 10 (ten) hours per day, subject to the rules, regulations, and adjustments determined by the Company. The employee shall be entitled to two (02) festival bonuses per year, in accordance with the Company policy.
