Responsibilities & Context:
- রোগীর মূল্যায়ন: রোগীর শারীরিক অবস্থা, চলাফেরার ক্ষমতা এবং ব্যথার তীব্রতা পরীক্ষা করা।
- চিকিৎসা পরিকল্পনা: রোগীর সমস্যা অনুযায়ী ব্যক্তিগত ও কার্যকর ব্যায়াম বা থেরাপির পরিকল্পনা তৈরি করা।
- থেরাপি প্রদান: ম্যানুয়াল থেরাপি (হাতে ম্যাসাজ বা জয়েন্ট মুভমেন্ট), ইলেক্ট্রোথেরাপি এবং অন্যান্য বিশেষ প্রযুক্তির মাধ্যমে চিকিৎসা দেওয়া।
- পুনর্বাসন: দুর্ঘটনা, অপারেশন বা দীর্ঘস্থায়ী রোগের পর রোগীর শারীরিক শক্তি ও গতিশীলতা পুনরুদ্ধার করা।
- পরামর্শ প্রদান: রোগীকে ঘরোয়া ব্যায়াম, সঠিক ভঙ্গি (Posture) এবং ভবিষ্যতে আঘাত থেকে বাঁচার উপায় সম্পর্কে শিক্ষা ও অনুপ্রেরণা দেওয়া।
- রিপোর্ট তৈরি: রোগীর উন্নতির অগ্রগতি নথিবদ্ধ করা এবং নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট লেখা।
- দলগত কাজ: উন্নত চিকিৎসার জন্য চিকিৎসক, নার্স ও অন্যান্য স্বাস্থ্যকর্মীদের সাথে যোগাযোগ রেখে কাজ করা।
