∎ Specialized experience or strong interest in Ortho, Neuro, or Sports Physiotherapy is highly preferred.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-centric attitude.
∎ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assess, diagnose and treat patients with physical conditions caused by illness, injury, or aging.
∎ Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises and preventive care.
∎ Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments and progress reports.
∎ Ensure a patient-friendly, empathetic, and professional approach at all times.
∎ Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the line authority or honorable management authority.
∎ Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans.
∎ Provide rehabilitation support for orthopedic, neurological and sports-related cases.
