Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Making Awareness and importance of the PT campaignProper examination of the body region before approaching for therapyProper documentation of assessment and progression of the patient.
∎ Ensure safe use of therapeutic techniques and other instruments.
∎ Ensure the machines/Equipment's power supply is switched on and working properly.
∎ Checking indication and contraindication before using any machines to the patients.
∎ Counselling/educate the patient and their family/caregiver to prevent further injury.
∎ Effective communication with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.
∎ Checking the consultant's prescription summary thoroughly before providing any kind of therapy.
∎ Ensure that incidence or emergency codes are reported immediately and recorded accordingly.
∎ Inform immediately to consultant physiotherapist in case of any emergency related to patient care and illness.
∎ Review and evaluate patient through tests, movements, and conversation.
∎ Schedule exercises and therapies for patients.Observe and review patient progress.
∎ Document patient medical progress and treatment; record notes to update medical con
