Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and appropriate usage.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
∎ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
∎ Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and guidance as needed.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and requests, including medication refills, prescription transfers, and insurance inquiries.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
∎ Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, and insurance payments.
∎ Collaborate with pharmacists and other pharmacy staff to ensure timely filling and dispensing of prescriptions.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving pharmaceutical products as needed.
∎ Stay up-to-date on pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
