Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Dispensing medications accurately based on prescriptions.
∎ Providing drug information and counseling to patients.Ensuring proper storage and handling of medications.
∎ Monitoring patient medication therapies and providing guidance.
∎ Maintaining pharmacy inventory and ensuring the availability of essential drugs.
∎ Collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
