Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing information and giving advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage.
∎ Obtain patient's medication history, counsel them for proper dosage & administration, and communicate pertinent information to the physician (if require) to avoid unfavorable drug effect
∎ Advising customers on the selection of medication brands, medical equipment, or healthcare supplies
∎ Initial information gathering regarding patients’ medication histories and communicating pertinent information to the physician to avoid any drug effects
∎ Verifying the prescription’s authenticity. Seeking clarification regarding prescription discrepancies when necessary
∎ Checking day closing and cash transactions, maintaining cash handover register, and ensuring cash handover to account
∎ Updating of the stocks received from the suppliers and following SOP. Should have the proper knowledge to operate retail-based Pharmacy Software with business analysis
∎ Making GRN and stock transfer, setup and checking ROL regularly with the management of short-expiry medication
∎ Checking expiry manually including stock expiry on a monthly basis
∎ To keep a record of antimicrobial product selling information to strengthen the DGDA Antimicrobials Resistance (AMR) program
∎ Assisting customers to use devices such as blood pressure or diabetes monitors. To check to ensure proper stock storage inside the store as per company protocol
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in both English and Bangla languages
∎ Thorough knowledge of the products
∎ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 27000 (Monthly)
