Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrating a deep understanding of pharmaceutical products and medications to effectively communicate their benefits, usage, and potential interactions with clients.
∎ Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to target new clients and expand the existing client base, while also meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Continuously researching and analyzing the pharmaceutical market to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for product expansion or improvement.
∎ Employing a consultative approach by actively listening to client concerns and recommending appropriate products or services that address their specific needs.
∎ Delivering informative and engaging product presentations to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical staff to highlight the features and benefits of the offered pharmaceutical products.
∎ Skillfully negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring a win-win situation that aligns with both the company's goals and the client's requirements. Client's
∎ Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress, and generating regular reports to provide insights to the management team.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
