Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome our potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
∎ Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and counseling patients on drug therapies.
∎ Develops branch staff's pharmacological knowledge by participating in clinical programs and training branch staff,doctors,and skin therapist
∎ Deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to the clients.
∎ Maintains records for controlled substances and removes outdated and damaged products from the products inventory.
∎ Supervises the work results of support personnel.
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
∎ Handle complaints or objections,Recommending solutions.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
∎ Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
∎ Researching and recommending new opportunities
∎ Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
∎ Cooperate sales team and clients with new offers and product launches
∎ To maintain relationships with the existing as well as new clients
