∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities include management of all pharma vendor related activities for the company.
∎ Build and maintain vendor relationships to provide high quality, cost-effective external services, manage new leads for potential product/service sales for the company through the pharmaceuticals
∎ Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures of the pharmaceutical industry.
∎ Work with Strategic Sourcing to identify new Pharmaceutical Companies interested in the services offered by the company.
∎ Draft, negotiate and execute Master Service Agreements for new pharma vendors.
∎ Work Closely with the management to analyse different reports and analysis to give insights to the pharmaceuticals and sell multiple product / Service that would allow higher outputs
∎ Provide effective communication both internally and externally with vendors and operations teams.
∎ Manage relationship with the existing partners to generate sales leads and field communication to facilitate the field team to source potential leads
∎ Continuously hunt new pharmaceuticals to provide them with different reports and success matrix and generate partnerships deals
∎ Work closely with the product team to generate insights for the pharma companies that will increase potential product sales and workforce efficiency
∎ Consideration should be shown for the sensitivity of the issues that arise from the KPI’s. Information may need to be distilled to communicate across various levels of management.
∎ Independently develop strategic relationships with Pharma that impact development programs of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: 3+ years proven experience in Marketing Department or Corporate Sales of any reputed Pharmaceuticals Compnay
∎ Excellent social networking & inter personal skills
∎ Outstanding analytical & problem-solving abilities
∎ Computer Proficient & Tech Savvy; should be able to use different digital software & solutions
Salary:
∎ Proposed Monthly Compensation Range: 40,000 - 60,000 BDT, negotiable
