∎ Strong proficiency in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills
∎ Solid knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and virtual meeting platforms
∎ Demonstrates self-motivation, dynamism, and ability to work effectively under pressure
∎ Exhibit honest, good morale and strong ethical character
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work at Managing Director's Home & Office Location both.
∎ Managing Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence on behalf of the employer. Screening and prioritizing incoming communications and responding as necessary.
∎ Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organizing the employer's daily, weekly, and monthly schedule, including setting appointments, meetings, and events.
∎ Meeting Support: Assisting in preparing meeting materials, taking notes during meetings, and ensuring follow-up actions are carried out.
∎ Confidentiality: Maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to the employer and the company.
∎ Document Preparation: Drafting and editing various documents, letters, and reports as required.
∎ Office Management: Overseeing the smooth running of the employer's office, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
∎ Data Management: Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases.
∎ Personal Assistance: Providing personal assistance to the employer, which may include handling personal appointments, errands, and other tasks.
∎ Liaison: Acting as a liaison between the employer and other employees, clients, or stakeholders.
∎ Time Management: Assisting the employer in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
∎ Special Projects: Supporting the employer in various special projects or assignments.
∎ Problem Solving: Helping to resolve any administrative or logistical issues that may arise.
∎ Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks efficiently and effectively to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
∎ Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to handle unexpected changes or challenges.
