Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize business meetings and appointments.
∎ Prepare papers for meetings/presentations;
∎ Prepare letters, presentations and reports.
∎ Prepare and disburse official letter, report.
∎ Responsible for all types of official/ business correspondence.
∎ Arrange and coordinate business meeting/ conference inside and outside office.
∎ Prepare and disburse meeting agendas and minutes
∎ Liaising with prominent personalities (Govt. & Non Govt.) of the country considering business need and create the best work group.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned time to time by the Managing Director.
