Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out the design review for electrical works of the large construction projects.
∎ Capable to handle the electrification & EME works for large construction projects.
∎ Carry out the day to day activities of electrical works at site.
∎ Prepare BOQ, Requisition and verify Contractors bill and Quality Control, Cost Control and Time Management
∎ Carry out the coordination between subcontractor, project manager and head office.
∎ Develop and implement quality control programs
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering with minimum 02 years/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 04 years of professional experience in high- rise construction projects.
∎ Should have knowledge on Sub-station, Generator, Lift, Fire management system, internal electrification system, HVAC, Pump etc for Residential, commercial & High rise building.
∎ Manpower development (Contractors & In-house both)
