∎ Education: BBA & MBA (preferably in International Business or Finance from a reputed university.

∎ Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English; IELTS certification preferred.
∎ Experience: Well-versed in handling the MD’s secretariat with prior experience in a similar role.
∎ Personality: Smart, proactive, and capable of handling high-level tasks with professionalism.
∎ Background: Must be from a reputed family background.
∎ Flexibility: Willing to travel abroad with the MD when required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
∎ Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion.
∎ Coordinate travel, both domestic and international, and accompany the MD when required.
∎ Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
∎ Oversee office administration and ensure smooth operations of the MD’s secretariat.
