Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed institution.
∎ BBA/ MBA/ Masters from any Discipline will be preferred.

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ This is a full-time permanent position. You will be acting as the personal secretary to our Managing Director.
∎ Job Location : Road # 11, Block # C, Banani, Dhaka-1213

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing diaries, organising formal, informal meetings and appointments of the Managing Director on a daily basis.
∎ Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls of prominent business clients and guests.
∎ Organise and setup scheduled virtual meetings for the Managing Director on different online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype etc on a regular basis.
∎ Organise meeting files, scheduling and calendaring meetings, identifying, inviting and confirming participants, facility arrangements where required.
∎ Ensure the Managing Director is fully briefed on, or prepared for engagements he is involved.
∎ Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines.
∎ Draft business letters, emails, personal correspondence, and provide other administrative assistance regarding documentation to the Managing Director.
∎ Take notes or dictation at meetings.
∎ Typing and preparing correspondence.
∎ Manage the Managing Director's office ensuring the proper documentation of personal and business files, record keeping and maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Preparing travel arrangements including visa, ticketing, transportation and hotel reservation for the managing director both domestic and international travels.
∎ Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the MD by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate
∎ Coordinate with management team, other departments and all wings of the group as per requirement.
∎ Provide cover when necessary for Reception duties.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience will be relaxed for applicants having excellent knowledge in English.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR, Administration, Communications, Coordination, Office Management, Personal Secretary.
∎ Fluency in English is a must.
∎ Strong communication skill in English both speaking and writing.
∎ Pleasant personality, smart & convincing skills.
∎ Strong Interpersonal communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Having sound knowledge in MS office and virtual meeting platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype etc.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Able to work independently under pressure.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
