∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Personal Secretary, PS

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling all secretarial and coordinating activities of Chairman.
∎ Draft and/ or prepare memorandums and business correspondences for Chairman.
∎ Plan, manage and execute public relations and media communication.
∎ Maintain registers & files and keep records relating to meeting & prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Day to day handling of VISA query over telephone and personal meeting.
∎ Documentation preparation.
∎ Official Email sent as per requirement
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates should be smart,energetic and dedicated towards work.
∎ Sharp Knowledge in manage personal Facebook page, Regular Facebook post, Facebook browsing, Comments reply
∎ Mandatory: Proficiency in MS-Office, MS Excel,Power Point ,Internet usage and overall computer literacy.
∎ Must Have updated Passport
∎ Willing to go abroad for official work
∎ Willing to work long hours as required.

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
