Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide executive-level support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
∎ Manage and coordinate higher management protocols, schedules, and communications.
∎ Handle technical aspects of civil engineering-related tasks, including project coordination and reporting.
∎ Prepare and maintain professional documentation, reports, and presentations.
∎ Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Manage the MD’s protocol requirements with professionalism and precision.
∎ Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and adapt to dynamic work situations.
