Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain the schedule of the Honorable Chairman and ensure all appointments and meeting updates.
∎ Facilitate good communication between the board, committees, senior management and non-executive directors, and shareholders and updating Chairman regularly.
∎ Contact with all stakeholders/communications on behalf of Chairman through email, phone call, and other social media.
∎ Coordination with all Business Heads for various assignments advised by Chairman.
∎ Screening and taking notes from all mobile calls of the Chairman and conveying information.
∎ Receive dictation from Chairman and doing the required correspondence.
∎ Preserve all confidential papers, documents and records of the Chairman's office.
∎ Following-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Reminding the Chairman of important tasks and deadlines.
∎ Notifying Chairman on upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements.
∎ Prepare, disburse, receive and follow-up all official letter(s), report(s) related to the Chairman.
∎ Arrange and coordinate (including the selection of date, time, and location) internal and external business meetings/conferences of the Chairman.
∎ Communicate with concerned Govt. and non-Govt. organizations for any documentation purpose.
∎ Compile different reports, summarize and submit to Chairman as per requirement.
∎ To maintain the database on different information, reports, address, contact number etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skill in English & Bengali (Verbal & Written).
∎ Must have sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office, Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
∎ Ability to handle Regulatory Compliance independently and work under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Knowledge on maintaining google calendar.
∎ Should have cross-functional working skills.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
