Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/B.Com/MBA/M.Com in HRM/Management from any Govt. Approved University, but A-Level/O-Level will be given highly preference.
∎ Skills Required: Personal Secretary

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Personal Secretary
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the schedules and diary of the Managing Director/ Director and ensure all appointments and meetings are updated.
∎ Prepare and monitor the daily program of the Managing Director/ Director.
∎ To monitor/ coordinate national and international communications.
∎ To arrange (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings.
∎ Reminding the Senior Management/Others of important tasks and deadlines.
∎ Compose and type agendas and correspondence for special events, committee meetings and development activities.
∎ Discussion with suppliers/clients on behalf of the Managing Director/ Director, if necessary and required.
∎ Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, office & site meeting venues.
∎ Sending meeting confirmation emails, preparing and distributing meeting materials.
∎ To maintain regulatory affairs with various governments agencies & govt. high officials or personnel as per need on behalf of the Managing Director/ Director.
∎ Sending greetings cards, souvenirs etc. as per Managing Director/ Director's instruction.
∎ Guest information received.
∎ Protocol maintained.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Knowledge & experience in Secretary.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Ability to read/ write English.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
