Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining day to day secretarial activities.
∎ As a role of Personal Secretary Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers etc.
∎ Maintaining liaison with others department.
∎ Various official letters, report etc. drafting in English and Bangla.
∎ Conduct weekly diary meetings and discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests.
∎ Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for any requirements.
∎ Any Other Tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge about secretarial affairs.
∎ Must be energetic, smart, hardworking & able to convince others.
∎ Proactive, Innovative and capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must be a good Computer Literacy, good command in Internet and E-mail.
∎ Should have patience to do long working hours.

Salary: Negotiable
